Every day is an opportunity to improve a skill and create momentum

If you want to learn to cook, you have three meals a day to try.

If you want to improve your writing, you can publish on the internet anytime. Try once a day or once a week.

If you want to get better at speaking, you can practice with the people around you. You can also intentionally look for events that open the stage to audiences.

If you want to get more fit, you can do body weight exercises like squats, push ups, and pull-ups for ten minutes a day. You can also walk more.

If you want to feel more calm, you can intentionally pause throughout the day, even if it’s just for a few seconds. The next moment you want to open an app, open your journal instead.

There are opportunities everywhere, as long as you’re willing to open your eyes and see them. When you improve, you’ll remind yourself how much you can shape your own life. The rewards last a long time.
