4. Do not bring others in without asking for the invite beforehand

5. Work begins at 10 am

Create a safe space for creativity to flourish. 

It’s a garden; you never know what’s going to grow, all you can do is set the conditions, plant the seeds, and water them. 

The rules are constraints, themselves created for adherence and safety.
