Is time working with you, or against you?

Does your current position get stronger with time, or are you running out of time?

If you did what you did today every day for a decade, will you get closer to your goal or further from it?

Are you running down the clock, or do you wake up feeling energized more days than not?

If you experience a setback, does it put you into a funk, or can you bounce back quickly?

Do you have habits you either promise to adopt tomorrow, or habits you want to break tomorrow? How many times have you said this to yourself?

My life has gotten both easier, and much more difficult, the past few years. The most important shift I’ve made is to start and continue activities that make sure time works with me, rather than against me. 

Some of these activities include cooking and eating relatively healthy, quitting an independent business to start working full-time, writing every day, being more gentle with myself, and meditating.
