Practicing immediacy, and not letting myself get in my own head for too long. In other words, refining my senses of preciousness and detachment.
Lowering my expectations, and discovering—perhaps developing—an intrinsic sense of motivation. In other words, refining the sources of motivation that give energy to this whole practice.
Practicing every day might not work for everyone. It works for me though. Maybe it will work for you too.
