My friend Hamza and I do a podcast called New Material. We just published our latest episode:

Hamza was about to start his practice of writing every day at his new blog, so that was the topic of discussion. He published his first post shortly before we published the episode. His first few posts have resonated with me deeply.

This episode might sound a little scruffier than usual. A lot of our files have remained stuck in the production process for one reason or another, so Hamza and I agreed to record this episode in one take and publish it with minimal edits. As usual, we had a very energizing conversation, though we goofed around a little less. 

The driving force behind this idea was to constrain the production process into one sitting. It worked. We posted the episode that same night. Done is the engine of more.
